Bilt Rent Day Promotion July 2024: Up to 100% Alaska Mileage Plan Transfer Bonus
Each month, Bilt Rewards launches its Rent Day promotion, which offers a host of benefits to its members. The promotion is available to anyone who engages with Bilt Rewards, including cardholders of the Bilt World Elite Mastercard®.
For the July 2024 Rent Day promotion, members can receive up to a 100% bonus when transferring Bilt Points to Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan, an elite status match, and number of other perks.
Bilt Rent Day Promotion: Up to 100% Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan Transfer Bonus
This Bilt Rent Day promotion runs from 12am Eastern Time to 11:59pm Pacific Time on July 1, 2024.
During this timeframe, you can earn a transfer bonus of up to 100% when you convert Bilt Points into Alaska miles.
The transfer bonus depends on your Bilt Rewards status, and is structured as follows:
- Blue status: 25% transfer bonus
- Silver status: 50% transfer bonus
- Gold status: 75% transfer bonus
- Platinum status: 100% transfer bonus
Importantly, the transfer bonus only applies to the first 50,000 Bilt Points for each member. If you transfer more than 50,000 Bilt Points, the first 50,000 Bilt Points will be processed with the transfer bonus based on your status, and the remaining points will transfer at a 1:1 ratio.
Bilt Points transfer to Alaska miles at a 1:1 ratio without any bonus in effect. Therefore, with the above transfer bonuses in mind, you can benefit from the following elevated transfer ratios for up to 50,000 Bilt Points transferred for Rent Day July 2024:
- Blue status: 1 Bilt Point = 1.25 Alaska miles
- Silver status: 1 Bilt Point = 1.5 Alaska miles
- Gold status: 1 Bilt Point = 1.75 Alaska miles
- Platinum status: 1 Bilt Point = 2 Alaska miles
With Blue status, you need to transfer at least 2,000 points, while with any other status, you can transfer as few as 1,000 points.
For example, if you have Platinum status, for every 1,000 Bilt Points you transfer to Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan on Rent Day, you’ll receive 2,000 Alaska miles.
As a reminder, Bilt Rewards status is obtained through reaching qualifying points or spending thresholds. The full breakdown of Bilt Rewards status levels can be found on the Bilt Rewards website.
This is a great opportunity to pad your Alaska miles balance with a generous transfer bonus, especially if you have an immediate use for your miles.
Since Rent Day promotions are announced a few days prior to the beginning of each month, you should have plenty of time to search for an award and then leverage the upcoming transfer bonus when it comes time to book.
It’s worth noting that the transfer bonus is only valid during the Rent Day promotional period on July 1, 2024, and the bonus earned is based on your status as of the beginning of July.
Transfers between Bilt and Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan typically happen within minutes, so you can expect both the base amount and the bonus miles to arrive in your account shortly after initiating the transfer.
Bilt Rent Day July 2024: Alaska Airlines Status Match, Earn Double Points and More
Aside from the Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan transfer bonus, Bilt’s July 2024 Rent Day promotion is offering a number of other deals to members, including a potentially lucrative status match.
Alaska Airlines Status Match
Alaska Airlines and Bilt Rewards are also partnering for a status match opportunity for Rent Day July 2024.
Between June 25 and July 1, 2024, Bilt Platinum Members can activate Alaska Airlines MVP Gold Status and Bilt Gold Members can activate Alaska Airlines MVP Status by transferring 10,000 Bilt Points to Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan.
The 10,000 points required to activate status aren’t eligible for the transfer bonus, and don’t count towards the 50,000-point limit for the transfer bonus promotion.
The granted status will be valid through to December 31, 2024.
Double Points
If you have the Bilt World Elite Mastercard®, you’ll earn double points on non-rent purchases from 12am Eastern Time to 11:59pm Pacific Time on July 1, 2024, structured as follows:
- Dining: 6x points per US dollar spent (normally 3x points)
- Travel: 4x points per US dollar spent (normally 2x points)
- Other spend (excluding rent payments): 2x points per US dollar spent (normally 1x points)
- Rent payments: 1 point per US dollar spent
You can earn a maximum of 10,000 bonus points on the Rent Day double points promotion. As a reminder, you must use your card at least five times during each statement period to earn points.
Bilt Neighbourhood Dining Series
Each month, Bilt offers all-inclusive dining reservations at Bilt Neighbourhood Dining restaurants, featuring a curated menu and premium cocktails.
This month, Bilt’s Neighbourhood Dining Series is available at 18 restaurants in New York, Chicago, Miami, Los Angeles, Brooklyn, Boston, Philadelphia, Dallas, Austin, Houston, and Washington DC.
Book a seat for yourself and your guests starting at $75 or 6,000 Bilt points per person. Available on June 27th in the Bilt app at 12:00 ET for Platinum Members, 12:10 ET for Gold Members, 12:20 for Silver Members, and 12:30 for Blue Members.
Reservations are bookable for $75 (USD) or 6,000 Bilt Points per person, and booking are available on the Bilt app at different times on June 27, 2024, depending on your status:

Bilt Rewards members can receive a complimentary Rent Day Ride session at 50+ SoulCycle locations across the US for the July 2024 Rent Day promotion.
Plus, one rider who attends a Rent Day Ride will win a month of rent paid by Bilt, up to a total of $2,500 (USD).
Point Quest®
On July 1, 2024, you can earn extra Bilt Points by participating in Point Quest® trivia. If you answer five questions, you’ll win up to 150 Bilt Points, and if you answer all five correctly, you’ll get access to a bonus question to earn another 100 Bilt Points.
This is the last time Point Quest® will be offered.
Rent Free Game Show
On July 1, 2024, you can participate in the Rent Free game show for a chance to win free rent paid by Bilt for a month, up to $2,500 (USD).
You can play Rent Free in the Bilt app, which becomes available as of June 25, 2024 at 12pm Eastern Time. You can earn an entry by guessing the three most popular answers to questions selected by Bilt.
