This month, there are 12 long-haul Promo Rewards, and they’re to destinations all across the United States. Unfortunately, the discount doesn’t extend to business class reward bookings for any destinations, which is disappointing.

For example, you can score flights from Seattle to Budapest via Paris with Air France for just 15,000 miles.
Or, you can fly from Los Angeles to Prague via Amsterdam with KLM for 18,000 Flying Blue miles.

Or maybe a flight from Amsterdam to Chicago with KLM suits you, at only 12,750 miles.
It’s fantastic to see so many Promo Rewards to destinations across the United States that are also easily accessible to Canadians. With the busy summer travel season over, there are plenty of opportunities to score deals on long-haul flights with Air France and KLM to or from Europe.
Promo Reward tickets are available for one-way and round-trip flights, allowing for flexibility in your travel plans. Promo Reward discounts are only applicable on the lowest standard award pricing when available, and not on dynamically priced flight segments.
Keep in mind that Flying Blue Promo Rewards come with a booking deadline. You must book the October 2022 Promo Rewards during the month of October; however, the travel window extends all the way through March 31, 2023. This is a more favourable timeline compared to shorter booking windows on Promo Rewards in the past.
Lastly, it’s important to note that Promo Reward tickets typically cannot be changed, cancelled, or refunded.
How to Earn Flying Blue Miles
You can earn Air France/KLM Flying Blue miles by booking flight tickets on Air France, KLM, and its SkyTeam partners.
Additionally, in Canada, you can transfer Amex MR points at a 1:0.75 ratio, which can be earned via the entire suite of American Express Membership Rewards credit cards.
