WestJet Expands Partnership with Condor Airlines
This week, WestJet announced an expansion to its existing partnership with Frankfurt-based Condor Airlines. Through the expanded partnership, WestJet and Condor Airlines have entered into a codeshare agreement, which allows the airlines to sell seats on each other’s flights. As an added bonus, the new codeshare agreement also represents a new way to redeem WestJet dollars for flights with Condor Airlines. WestJet Expands Partnership with Condor Airlines WestJet and Condor Airlines have expanded on their pre-existing interline agreement by entering into a codeshare agreement, allowing the airlines to sell itineraries on each other’s flights for the first time in their 10-year partnership. As of June 25, 2024, Condor Airlines flights from five Canadian cities (Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary, Toronto, and Halifax) to Frankfurt are sold on the WestJet website with a WestJet flight number.
